National Nutrition Month
With only a few days left in February, it is time to start making plans for March. March is National Nutrition Month, and is the perfect time to find little ways that you can make healthy choices. National Nutrition Month was started by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a way to call attention to the need to make informed food choices and develop good eating and physical activity habits.
